Taste of Polonia is the largest celebration of Polish culture in the USA.Indoor-outdoor festival features live Polish and American music on three stages, folk dancing, instrument demonstrations, food, contests, arts and crafts vendors, kids' activities and more.
The Copernicus Foundation is a non-profit organization devoted to showcasing and promoting the unique cultural and civic contribution of the American-Polish community.

The Copernicus Foundation would like to formally invite you, your family, guest and friends to attend the 28th Annual Taste of Polonia.
This four-day celebration includes Polish customs, traditions and cultural heritage promoting our Polish pride. The Taste features delicious Polish cuisines, non-stop entertainment and a host of Polish handcrafters and artisans. The festival's growing audience includes people from various ethnic groups.
The Taste of Polonia will commence over the Labor day Weekend starting Friday August 31st through Monday September 3rd. Located at 5216 West Lawrence Avenue. Hours are Friday 5pm-11pm, Saturday & Sunday Noon-11pm and Monday Noon-10pm.
Admission for Adults $6, Seniors $3 and children under 12 Free. On Saturday from Noon-3pm Senior Citizens Free. After 6pm on Saturday and Sunday $7 entry fee.
